EPIC DISC - Team Dimensions 2.0 Online Profile for Team
Building
Team Dimensions
describes a person's: 1) Personal Approach in thinking and
behavior in the team process; 2) Primary Role in
the "Z Process" for teams; and 3) Personal
Profile Talents Pattern on the team. Used in
team development, team building, resolution of team
problems, and building collaboration and cooperation on
teams.
Team
Dimensions is available in an older, original 1.0 version in
paper booklet format. A much more updated version of
individual and team assessment is in the 2.0 online version.
Team Dimensions Team Talents 2.0 describes the talents,
strengths, roles, challenges, and flexibility a person has
in four work areas and correlates the results with occupation and job positions.
The 2.0 version is available in online EPIC
version only and will not ever be available in paper format. The
2.0 version is actually more comprehensive for assessing
teams than DISC used alone.
Team Dimensions 2.0 used with DISC Classic 2.0 Plus
provides the most comprehensive description of a
person. DISC describes who you are. Team
Dimensions describes what you do, the talents you
bring to a job, team, career, or occupation.

How it Works:
When
you order, you will be sent an email with a link and password.
Access codes sent ONLY to the purchaser, who may email forward an
access code email to each Respondent if there are multiple reports
ordered. Responding to the questions takes about 12-15 minutes
and upon completion, the report is generated immediately and is
available for viewing in Adobe Reader pdf format, emailing,
printing, and even saving for future reference. One Access Code is
issued per Respondent for one time use.
Team Dimensions Profile 2.0 Research Report
Team Dimensions 2.0 (available in online EPIC version
only) describes the talents, strengths, roles,

Note: Because of similarities of names
and applications of assessments, many misunderstand
that the Team Dimensions Profile is the DISC profile
that is used for Team Building. Team Dimensions
is NOT that Profile.
The best use of Team Dimensions PAPER version
remains with specific, time-limited creative,
innovative task groups.
Team Dimensions in the PAPER format is NOT best
utilized to help work groups communicate and work
together more effectively in the more common
definition of "Team Building". Use the ONLINE
Team Dimensions 2.0 for that purpose.
DISC is for who you ARE. Team Dimensions is
for what you DO. Use both for team
development.
